Online raffle: one draw for the room and the guests at home

Tap Spin and watch card 58 mark itself.

Sample data: this is how a round looks on the board and on a card.

In a Tombingo event the raffle draws one card number among the cards in play, and the result reaches everyone at once: the hall screen and the chat on each player’s phone. It is optional, and nobody has to wait for a message to learn which card came out.

How to run a raffle with guests at home

  1. Share the event link

Guests at home open the link and get their numbered cards, the same as the people in the room.

  2. Keep the hall screen in view

Put it on a TV in the room, or share it on your video call so remote guests watch the draw live.

  3. Draw from the Raffle tab

The console picks one of the card numbers in play. The number appears in the players’ chat as it shows on the screen.

  4. Draw again or close it

Draw another number for a second turn, or start another raffle with the full list of cards back in.

When half the group is somewhere else

A team spread over two offices, grandparents in another city, a school with families who could not make it: the hard part of a mixed event is that the people at home miss what happens in the room. Here the raffle result lands in the chat on every player’s phone, so a guest on the couch hears about their card at the same moment as the table by the stage.

Because the draw comes from the cards of your event, everyone who joined has a fair chance, wherever they joined from. Nobody types names into a spreadsheet the day before.

One console for the bingo and the raffle

The raffle is an optional extra of the same console that calls your bingo, so remote guests already have their cards open when you reach for it. The bingo raffle page covers the draw itself, and virtual bingo explains how guests play from home.

Free up to 20 cards per event. Bigger groups take a pass, listed on pricing. For the rest, see the Tombingo home page.
