Work out which pass you need from how your guests will play
Tombingo does not charge by the number of rounds you play. The size of your pass depends only on how many numbered cards you put in play in that event:
The same cards last all night. If you hand each guest one card at the start, they can play round 1 (Four Corners), round 2 (Letter L), round 3 (Diagonal) and the final round (Blackout) with that same card, and still join the door-prize raffle.
If each guest plays 1 card:
- A group of 25 people fits comfortably in the Free plan (30 cards).
- A birthday or a team of 80 people fits in the 100-Card Pass (USD 9).
If each guest plays 2 or 3 cards at once:
- At many schools and clubs, people like to play 2 or 3 cards for more excitement on every ball. If you expect 100 people playing 3 cards each, the 300-Card Pass (USD 19) is the exact fit.
- If you expect 300 families with 3 cards each (900 cards in all), the 1,000-Card Pass (USD 49) covers the whole event.

Add live video from your console when some of your guests play from home
Measured in viewer-hours (one hour watched by one person)
If your bingo is 100% in the room with the Public Display on the hall TV, or your company already talks on its own voice channel, you do not need any video package.
If you want remote guests to see your camera and hear your mic right inside the same screen where they mark their cards, you can buy a Live Video package. Video is bought with an Event Pass or with the Organizer Plan; the Free plan does not include it and the Organizer Plan does not include it by default.
| Live Video package | Included capacity | Price (USD) | How to get it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Package S | 60 viewer-hours | USD 19 | Bought with an Event Pass or within the Organizer Plan. |
| Package M | 200 viewer-hours | USD 49 | Bought with an Event Pass or within the Organizer Plan. |
| Package L | 600 viewer-hours | USD 149 | Bought with an Event Pass or within the Organizer Plan. |
| Top-up | 100 viewer-hours | USD 25 | Added during the event if you need more viewer-hours. |
| More than 1,000 viewers | Custom package | Contact us | For events with more than 1,000 viewers; contact us to put it together. |
Clear rules for your video balance
- Measured in viewer-hours. Each viewer-hour is one hour of stream watched by one connected person.
- Console alert at 80% of the balance. When you reach 80% of your package, the console shows an alert so you can add a 100 viewer-hour Top-up (USD 25) during the event if you want.
- Automatic cut-off when it runs out. If the balance runs out, the video stream stops on its own with no surprise charge to your card, while the bingo, the caller and the chat keep working.
Here is what setting up your event looks like
The same dashboard you will use on any plan: the event name, the logo, the color and how many cards you put in play.
Straight answers on billing, renewals and your cards
If I buy a 100, 300 or 1,000-Card Pass, will I be charged every month?
No. Event Passes (USD 9, USD 19 and USD 49) are one-time, non-recurring payments. You pay once to enable that number of cards in your event, and no subscription stays active.
How do renewal and cancellation work for the USD 250 yearly Organizer Plan?
The Organizer Plan is optional and made for people who host many bingo nights a year. It is a yearly subscription paid up front that renews automatically every 12 months, with a new pool of 10,000 cards each period. If you decide not to continue, you cancel it from your dashboard: it opens the Stripe portal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, with no emails or support calls.
How are the 10,000 Organizer Plan cards used up?
If an event already has a pass, its cards do not come out of the Organizer Plan pool; the cards you add above the pass come out of the yearly pool of 10,000, which does not refill when you delete cards and resets every subscription year.
Can I start on the Free plan and get the Pass the day before my party?
Yes, that is what we recommend. Create your free account, set up your event with up to 30 cards, check how the Public Display looks on the TV or projector you will use and rehearse how the console checks bingos on its own. Once you know how many people are coming, get the 100, 300 or 1,000-card pass from your dashboard.
Are prices in US dollars (USD)?
Yes. All prices for Event Passes (USD 9, USD 19, USD 49), the Organizer Plan (USD 250 a year) and the live video packages (Package S, 60 viewer-hours for USD 19; Package M, 200 viewer-hours for USD 49; Package L, 600 viewer-hours for USD 149; and the 100 viewer-hour Top-up for USD 25) are in US dollars and processed by Stripe. If you pay with a card in your local currency, your bank converts it at its own exchange rate (it may charge a fee).
Do you take a cut if my school or club sells tickets to the event?
Tombingo is not involved in your ticket sales and takes no per-guest fee. You only pick the flat pass for the number of cards in play (USD 9, USD 19 or USD 49). Tombingo is for group entertainment only: we do not process payments between players and we do not allow money bets or cash prizes.
What happens if my Live Video package runs out mid-event?
Video is measured in viewer-hours (one hour watched by one person) and bought with a pass or with the Organizer Plan (the Free plan does not include it and the Organizer Plan does not include it by default). The console shows an alert when you reach 80% of your video balance. You can then buy a 100 viewer-hour Top-up for USD 25, added during the event so you can keep streaming. If you do not top up and the balance runs out, the video stops on its own; the caller, the cards on phones, bingo checks and the chat keep working until you finish your rounds. For more than 1,000 viewers, we offer a custom package if you contact us.
Do printed cards come with a code or QR?
Yes, on every plan. From the console you download the PDF of the event cards, 4 per Letter or A4 sheet, and each one has its number, a unique code that cannot be guessed and a QR. The guest scans the QR or types the code, and the card is registered to them: nobody else can register it or call bingo with it. If you only want loose cards to play on paper, our free tools print up to 30 cards per batch (4 per Letter or A4 sheet).

Try it without a card
Open the console, spin a few test balls with the voice on, put the Public Display on the TV and see for yourself how the console checks each bingo, showing which squares came out and which are missing.
