How to set up a fundraiser or office bingo event

  1. Create the event

    Name it after your cause or your team, pick a language and a color, and generate the cards you need.

  2. Hand out or share card numbers

    For a hall event, print a sign-in sheet with card numbers; for a remote office break, send the link and each person’s number by chat.

  3. Call the balls

    Spin the on-screen cage, or type in each number if you’re drawing from a physical one in the hall. Every player sees it on their card.

  4. Check the bingos

    Type the card number and the console tells you whether the bingo is valid and which balls are still missing.

    Between rounds, the console picks a random card number from the cards in play.

    Stream the hall to people playing from home. It’s optional and paid separately, with a pass or the Organizer plan; the free plan doesn’t include it.

A fundraiser night for schools, clubs and teams

PTAs, sports clubs and community groups run bingo nights to raise funds for a trip, new equipment or a cause. Guests mark cards on their phones instead of paper, so a volunteer isn’t checking stacks of cards by eye while the room waits.
