Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on a phone, a computer or a TV.
Can I print the cards?
Yes. From the console you print the event’s cards as a PDF, each with its own number, code and QR. Players register a printed card by scanning the QR or typing the code.
How do I stop cheating?
Every card has a unique number, and the console compares it with the balls already called.
What if the video hours run out?
We’ll let you know first: once you’ve used 80% of the hours, the console and the dashboard show a warning. You can top up, and if you don’t top up, the video pauses but the game keeps going.
Can Tombingo be used for gambling?
No. Tombingo is entertainment software for group events. It doesn’t handle bets or money between players. Anyone who uses it for something else is responsible for that use.
