Bingo for group events

Virtual bingo for groups and friends, wherever they are

Virtual bingo is bingo where you call from a console and each player marks their own card on their mobile, in the hall or from home. Tombingo sets this up in your browser, free for up to 30 cards, using 75-ball cards (5 × 5 grids) rather than the 90-ball tickets more common in the UK. It isn’t an online casino either, with no stakes or money between players.

How to run virtual bingo with Tombingo

  1. Create the event

Name it, pick a language and a colour, and generate the cards you need. Each one gets its own number.

  2. Share the link

Send it by text or email, with each person’s card number. To join, they type their name and card number. No account needed.

  3. Call the numbers

Use the console to spin the on-screen cage, or type in each number if you’re drawing them from a real one. It shows up on every mobile.

  4. Check the bingos

When someone calls bingo, type their card number and the console tells you whether it’s valid and which numbers they’re still missing.

  • Cards on every mobile

Each player opens the event link and sees their card with the called numbers marked automatically, in the hall or at home.

  • Claims checked by the console

Type the card number and Tombingo tells you whether the claim is valid and which numbers are still missing.

  • A screen for the projector

The bingo machine and the board full screen on a projector or TV, with no chat and no player details.

  • Raffles among the cards

Between games, the console picks a random card number from the cards in play.

  • Live video, sold separately

Stream the hall to people playing from home. It’s optional and paid separately, with a pass or the Organiser plan; the free plan doesn’t include it.

What you need

A phone, tablet or computer to call from, and every player with a mobile and an internet connection. Nobody installs anything; it all runs in the browser.

75-ball cards, not the usual 90-ball ticket

If you grew up calling 90-ball bingo, this is a different format. Each card is a 5 × 5 grid under the letters B-I-N-G-O, drawn from 1 to 75. For the British 90-ball game, the free bingo caller and bingo ticket generator stay in that format; Tombingo events run on 75-ball cards.

What it costs

Free for up to 30 cards per event, no credit card. For bigger groups there are event passes from USD 9, and an Organiser plan if you run sessions often. Full detail is on pricing.

Playing in one room instead, with the 90-ball format? The bingo caller and bingo ticket generator might be all you need. More on how Tombingo works is on the home page.
