Pricing questions
What does the free plan include?
30 cards per event, no credit card. You get the console, the bingo cage on the big screen, players on their phones and bingo checking. Live video is not included.
Is a pass a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time payment for one event. The cards in a pass belong to that event and don’t carry over to another one.
When is the Organiser plan worth it?
When you organise lots of bingo nights a year. For USD 250 a year you get unlimited bingo nights and 10,000 cards. Every card you generate is used up for good, and unused cards don’t roll over to the next year. The plan renews automatically every year until you cancel. Live video isn’t included. 10,000 cards in Large passes would cost USD 490.
How is live video charged?
Separately, and only if you want it. You pick a viewer-hour package (S, M or L) in the same payment as the pass; on the Organiser plan you buy it for each event. If the hours run out mid-event, you can top up 100 hours for USD 25.
What if the video hours run out?
We’ll let you know first: once you’ve used 80% of the hours, the console and the dashboard show a warning. You can top up, and if you don’t top up, the video pauses but the game keeps going.
How do I pay?
On Stripe’s checkout page, in US dollars. The pass is active on your event as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How do I cancel the Organiser plan?
From your dashboard. Open your organisation, where you can see the date your plan renews, and click “Manage or cancel the plan”. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you cancel it. The plan stays active until the end of the year you already paid for, and the dashboard shows the exact date. Only the person who created the organisation can cancel it.
Can Tombingo be used for gambling?
No. Tombingo is entertainment software for group events. It doesn’t handle bets or money between players. Anyone who uses it for something else is responsible for that use.
